This rich and balanced decaffeinated coffee from Veracruz, Mexico is created using a top-secret all-water method developed by the Descafeinadores Mexicanos. Unroasted green coffee is soaked in water, causing the caffeine and flavor components to dissolve. It is then filtered through a special charcoal filter, which traps the caffeine molecules while allowing the flavor components to flow through, removing 97% of the caffeine in the process. The perfect choice for a busy morning or a cozy day in, this roast is silky and sweet, with notes of chocolate and a nutty finish.

I really wanted to like this, but it’s just too dark for me. If you love dark roast and drink decaf, this coffee is for you. It smells delicious and I love the green bag. It could be that I got the ratios wrong for iced coffee, which is how I made it. I also would say that you cannot tell it’s decaf by the flavor. Please bring on a medium roast decaf and I will gladly purchase!!
Stealth roast: subtle hints of chocolate and nutty flavors! That combination makes for the perfect cup of coffee! Stephanie was right; you can’t even tell it’s decaf. Highly recommend getting, even if you’re not a big dark roast person. I’m not usually big on dark roasts myself and this STEALTHy roast will fool you! It tastes perfect. Just a touch darker than the Alias Roast. Will 100% be purchasing this again. You all nailed it! A+! ☕️🕵🏼♀️
