This rich and balanced decaffeinated coffee from Veracruz, Mexico is created using a top-secret all-water method developed by the Descafeinadores Mexicanos. Unroasted green coffee is soaked in water, causing the caffeine and flavor components to dissolve. It is then filtered through a special charcoal filter, which traps the caffeine molecules while allowing the flavor components to flow through, removing 97% of the caffeine in the process. The perfect choice for a busy morning or a cozy day in, this roast is silky and sweet, with notes of chocolate and a nutty finish.

Finally!!!! Decaf! I can't drink regular coffee but I can decaf and it smells so fresh and good and tastes delicious.

Best Decaf Coffee I've ever tasted.

I drink decaf because I'm a coffee taste addict, but I can no longer have caffeine. Most decaf coffees are absolute awful and there is no mistaking them for a fullcaf coffee. I heard the story of how the caffiene is extracted from this particular coffee and wanted to try it out to see if it tasted better than my regular brand. OMG! It's the closest thing to fullcaf you'll ever get out of a decaf; as far as taste goes. Even my husband said he couldn't taste the difference, Not only can you not tell it's decaf, but it's a fantastic tasting dark roast that gives you a little side smooch of dark chocolate. Get you some, you will not regret it.
